Saffron!

Saffron is a beautiful, surfing, ecstatic dancing, circus artist, yogi butterfly of fun. Saffron has practiced yoga for 8 years, is a professional aerial silks performer, qualified partner acrobatics teacher, and favorite yoga and circus teacher for both kids and adults alike worldwide, from California to Nicaragua.

Saffron’s classes combine her movement passions with her solid yoga foundation to create a truly unique experience. She brings focus to the profound subtleties of the body mind connection through the medium of magical moving play. Saffron’s classes are simultaneously dynamic and slow, with interesting props (including hula hoops!), dance inspired sequences, and a sprinkling of partner acrobatics and aerial inspired flows and conditioning.

I was so excited to hear that Saffron would both be leading workshops at Cosmic, and at the Acro-Yoga retreat after! Though we are both from California I met this lovely lady the fist year I went to to the Envision festival, while traveling around Nicaragua with some friends. She is kind, down to earth and so incredibly talented.
